Position Number: 1 Pay Rate: 65000 to 70000 (Salary) Closing Date: Wednesday, July 31, 2024 The Paramedic Field Supervisor is responsible for day-to-day operations, including facilitating internal communication between field crews and management, interfacing with outside facilities, facilitating short-term scheduling needs, as well as assisting with equipment and supply maintenance, and other operational support functions as assigned by the Director of Operations. The Paramedic Field Supervisor is also responsible for building and maintaining a positive workplace culture, effectively leading teams, and mentoring/coaching team members.The employee will work a rotating schedule, with three 14-hour shifts from 7am to 9pm per week.
